Shishiba is a member of the Order, a group of the strongest assassins in the JAA. Before joining the Order, he was a rogue assassin until he met Satoru Yotsumura and eventually became his student. He is also the mentor of Osaragi.
Appearance
Shishiba is a tall man in his mid-twenties with long blond hair worn loose and black eyes. He typically wears a white t-shirt under a black suit and a tie with a grey hammerhead shark-shaped pin, though he sometimes omits the jacket. He has an explosion-shaped scar on his left chin as a result of his rematch against Yotsumura and has lost his ring and pinkie fingers on his left hand. Later, he reattached his two severed fingers and now wears a glove over them to cover them up.
Personality
Shishiba is an aloof man who rarely shows much care or concern for anything or anyone unless it is related to his work or his protégé, Osaragi. He believes it’s important to kill with concern and respect towards the public, arguing that regular civilians have a right to a normal life. He has chastised Osaragi for killing too publicly.
Despite his proficiency as an assassin, Shishiba cares little for killing, comparing it to a chore like cleaning the house. He looks down on Yotsumura’s belief that an assassin must have a fanatical view of killing, stating that giving psychos weapons is an outdated idea.
Shishiba’s main philosophy in life is “simplicity.” His weapon of choice is a pair of hammers, selected for their straightforwardness, as they can hit or gouge and do not require ammunition or sharpening. In his youth, he displayed a deep indifference towards life, not resisting when Yotsumura came to kill him and even urging him to hurry up.
Combat Skills
Shishiba is confident in his combat abilities, believing that there was no way his old mentor, Yotsumura, could have beaten him. He was open to the idea of fighting strong opponents whenever he was annoyed by his colleagues.
Overall Skill Level
Shishiba is one of the strongest assassins in the JAA and is implied to be among the Order’s stronger members, as he mentors Osaragi, another powerful assassin. Yotsumura, his former mentor, noted that if Shishiba had a different mindset, he could achieve a higher rank. This is supported by the fact that Shishiba nearly defeated Yotsumura in their fight to the death, losing only two fingers in the process.
Shishiba has fought off multiple opponents, including Haruma and Kumanomi, while sustaining only minor injuries. He was able to deal noticeable damage to Kumanomi during their one-on-one confrontation, partially destroying her robotic arm.
Master Combatant
Shishiba is a highly skilled combatant, proficient in using his claw hammers in battle. He has exchanged blows with Yotsumura and landed devastating strikes on him. He uses his hammers to rip and tear into opponents, preferring to snap necks or decapitate. Shishiba has also demonstrated tactical advantages in combat, such as shifting his momentum after being blown back to attack immediately or using the reflection of his hammer to locate hidden enemies.
He has even killed an assassin using a dango skewer and fought multiple assassins while driving, using the car as a weapon.

- Strength: He has remarkable raw physical strength, capable of dragging a man out of a vehicle with one hand and parrying powerful strikes.
- Durability: Shishiba is resilient, remaining unharmed after being thrown through a building and enduring powerful strikes.
- Endurance: He can withstand significant pain, showing no signs of distress after sustaining injuries during fights.
